I have a change for the `active' opcode that fixes the problem in

I added a `ireleasing' flag:

  ir active insnum [,iopt] [,ireleasing]

  ireleasing -- if non zero, counts the instances that are in release phase 

After this, the solution for Takahiko is

  kactive active 1, 0, 1
