I noticed there is a .csoundrc in the top level csound5 CVS source directory,
apparently for use by the Windows installer. While including this file is a
good idea, could it be moved to a separate directory ? If someone runs a
development build from the top directory, the .csoundrc there now overrides
settings of $HOME/.csoundrc.
