Summary: Ramp operator regression

Initial Comment:
It seems something has been broken in the ramp operator. A student
sent me the attached csd file which used to work on his older version
of Csound (not sure which), but tanks on 5.18. It's not the operator
by itself, as simple usage works OK, but it seems to be
related to using both ramp and dot operators together.
