vbaplsinit does not accept just 2 speakers when idim=2. the line
vbaplsinit 2, 2, -90, 90
leads to this output:

WARNING: dim : 2
0 1: -1.570796 1.570796
WARNING: Pair of speakers at -90.000000 and 90.000000 ignored
WARNING: Pair of speakers at 90.000000 and -90.000000 ignored
INIT ERROR in instr 0: insufficient valid speakers

according to the manual, the minimum number of speakers should be 2 in this case.
