Hi Dave and all, 

I was having this problem too and was ignoring for the past week. Took
a look and it looks like the method that that code is in isn't being
called by anything, so after commenting out it compiles for me.  I've
checked this in just now.  Not sure what it's supposed to be used or
not, so commented out instead of removing for now.
