Hi Oeyvind,

I think those are libraries no longer built anymore.  I see a
"cs_pan2" library, "cs_pvs_ops" library, and "cs_date" library. My
guess is someone renamed in case of name clash with other libraries.
You should be safe to delete date.dll, pan2.dll, and pvs_ops.dll.
