Hi Victor,

I didn't realize that the keyboard depended on anything that was 1.1.7
specific (I don't know FLTK well enough to even know what *is*
specific to 1.1.7).   I've changed the SConstruct to check for that
and also to print console messages on if it will be built or not.
It's now up in CVS.
