I'm almost done with the keyboard, hopefully within the next couple of
hours.  I am implementing user-definable customized bank/program maps
now to be passed in on commandline as midi device name.  I would ask
until at least tomorrow to spend a little time to test and look for
memory bugs, but beyond that, I think everything else worked on is in
the clear.
