Sorry everyone, this was my fault.  madsr works perfectly fine, I was
hurrying through testing MIDI stuff and didn't realize I had an extra
linseg generator in the test file generating at krate and overwriting
the madsr value.  Things are perfectly fine, it's just me that was
broken! =P
