Hi,

I use turnoff2 to stop group of instruments and it works fine when
instruments have different number. But, with kmode = 4 to turn off notes
with exactly matching (fractional) instrument number, I got an error when I
try to turn off 2 or more instances of the same instrument.

turnoff2 21.0002, 4, 1
turnoff2 21.0003, 4, 1

This breaks the audio and print 'bufsize 2048' in the console...
