I'm reviewing the manual sources again, to finally produce a debian package. I 
am still confused a bit by license issues:


opcodes/pyassign.xml
opcodes/pyeval.xml
opcodes/pyinit.xml

These three seem to be All right reserved by Maurizio Umberto Puxeddu?

csound.css
csoundXO.css
csound-bw.css

GPL, not GFDL. Is this intentional?

makeframes.py
opcodeparser.py
quickref.py

No license.


And another question, although not license related: is the attic useful?
