I was going to ask about that, is there Flex and Bison available on
OS9?  And will it be usable for those using MSVC?

I am of the thought now that for the time being, the SConstruct file
should be modified to have a buildNewParser option (default to false).
 This would be in addition to the runtime option to enable the new
parser.
