Hi All,

I'm in the middle of redoing blue's configuration for rendering and
wanted to know if there are ways to get a list of available devices
for each of the driver types for both MIDI and audio.  It seems that
with PortAudio one can use:

-o dac999
-i adc999

for the outputs and inputs respectively,  and PortMidi one can use:

-Q 999
-M 999

for outputs and inputs respectively.  Is there anything else for other
drivers, and if not, would it be possible to add a --list-devices flag
for Csound?  Maybe:

--list-devices-audio
--list-devices-midi
--list-devices (show both audio and midi)
