Now tested on native Windows (2000), using the 5.02 beta installer
from SourceForge. After copying osc.dll to plugins\, and liblo.dll
and pthreadGC2.dll to bin\, sending OSC messages with a csound
command, and receiving with another (from 127.0.0.1) seems to work.
