Of course, the binaries should be built after the tagging: the
purpose of tagging the sources is to ensure that all the
binaries are consistent, in addition to being useful later to
check out a particular "releaase" version from CVS.
The currently agreed date for tagging 5.02.0 is 18th (Thursday),
but this may be changed if requested; tagging earlier means more
time for building binaries, while tagging later allows for more
source changes.
