Hi John,

Sorry for the late reply.  I haven't been keeping up with what opcodes
and utilities have yet to be documented, but In terms of the manual
from my point of view, the following are things I think should be
addressed:

-Csound5 opcode sections should be moved into the regular sections area
-Generating single- and multi-file text targets

Besides that, I'm not sure.  I've asked on a few different occasiions
for users to put in their requests and manual bugs into the
Sourceforge tracker but not a single person has done so.  I've gotten
very busy with many other things and haven't been able to keep track
of much and am afraid that some manual corrections have gotten lost
now. =(

Otherwise, the manual is building correctly for PDF, HTML, and HTMLHelp.
