A strange bug indeed:

When the pitch opcode has been used in an orchestra,
any subsequent use of the loscil opcode will give an error on init.
The error is "illegal release loop data"

The attached csd shows the bug, giving an init error on the second
instantiation of instr 1. It needs a sound file for loscil, use any
sound file or generate a mono sinewave with csound to test.

It does not matter if the pitch opcode is in the same instr as loscil,
or if the two opcodes are used in completely separate instruments.
