I have posted to YouTube two new pieces of mine, algorithmically composed and rendered entirely with Csound. The piano and flute that you hear are entirely synthetic, no samples. "Cellular, version 5," at https://youtu.be/kbMIvn4jGjM. "Poustinia, version 6", at https://youtu.be/gRocNenzwrs. This piece is part of the 2020 New York City Electroacoustic Music Festival, which this year, because of the COVID-19 pandemic, could only be virtual. But the whole festival, which includes a number of other Csound pieces and much else of interest and musical value, is online and you can hear and see everything at https://nycemf.org/. For you Csounders, other pieces in the NYCEMF involving Csound include: Gerhard Eckert, "Diaphane," at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R0aPElOEquQ. Busevin, "For Rachel Corrie," at https://soundcloud.com/busevin/for-rachel-corrie. Hubert Howe, "Inharmonic Fantasy No. 11," at Wanjun Yang, "DTMF," at https://nycemf.org/352_dtmf/. There may be other uses not mentioned in the Program Book. Have you posted your piano somewhere? I was really bowled over by that. Many thanks for sharing your pieces and also those of the other participants. Beautiful work as always, Michael. Jeanette, unless I'm wrong (in which case Michael will correct me), the piano sounds are from Pianoteq. - Dave On Sun, Jun 28, 2020 at 8:33 AM Jeanette C. <julien@mail.upb.de> wrote: Jun 28 2020, Michael Gogins has written: |

pianoteq it is, and pianoteq is 100% physically modeled. Thanks, Mike On Sun, Jun 28, 2020, 08:35 Dave Seidel <dave.seidel@gmail.com> wrote:
