Hi All, I was doing some sound design this evening with FM and revisited using VCO2's as a carrier (similar to doing a single modulator, multiple cascade operator layout with standard FM, just replacing the downstream operator pairs with VCO2's). I thought S1 and S2 came out with a really nice wash of rich and slightly gritty sound and S3 had had an interesting, if a bit harsh, evolution to it. I hope to eventually develop this further into a composition, but I thought it was worth a code share. Hope you all enjoy it! Thanks for sharing. Yes S1 and S2 are smooth and rich - and S3 has a bit more attitude. A few nice tricks in this design too! Appreciate that very much. - always learning something new. Cool.
