[Csnd] Character set for scores and orchestra

Subject[Csnd] Character set for scores and orchestra
I can into an issue where Csound complained about not expecting a string, and after two days, I just tried retyping that particular line of code, and when I did, I deleted the old one and everything compiled fine.

My question is what character set does Csound expect for the score/orchestra files? I can only assume that on a save-as, a strange character was introduced. Something that doesn't display in my editor (currently using Cabbage).

Thanks,

Mike

I had a similar problem (?) where my string had a ctrl character hidden inside; it wasn't visible in gedit, but there it was when I loaded the file into Scite.
