I’ve been looking at sound sample files, in the (vain?) hope of finding some sort of pitch. 

The sources of wav files are from Iain McCurdy’s vast library, and some are generated using Csound.

I though it worth posting here, as it does use Csound to generate wav files for analysis. 

The project is very basic at present, extracting a pitch is proving to be quite a complex task.  All suggestions/pointers are always more than welcome.
