Are there any webinar or online course on Csound, PD, Max?
I'm also very interested in the history / evolution of these technologies so
any resource suggestions would be much appreciated..

there is a very good historical overview by victor lazzarini in the
springer csound book (lazzarini et al: csound -- a sound and music
computing system). i remember victor had some talks about similar
subjects, i think it was on the csound conference in montevideo.

Here's a video of Victor's talk that Joachim is referring to: https://csound.com/icsc2017/keynotes.html#lazzarini. It's great. Victor also has an article called "The Development of Computer Music Programming Systems" in the Journal of New Music Research (2013, Vol. 42, Iss. 1). That's a very helpful introduction to the history/evolution of these technologies.
