I know this question gets asked every few years but I'd love a 2021 perspective. Does anyone have experience with modern SuperCollider and can compare/contrast with Csound? I'm a daily SuperCollider user and an occasional Csound one (as well as a member of the NYC SuperCollider and Csound groups). I'm mainly interested in synthesis (the unit generator library, realtime abilities, signal routing, changing synth parameters on the fly, types of sounds that are easy/hard to express, etc), as opposed to default languages and pattern libraries - I'll be using a Haskell frontend in either case. Though if anyone has experience with Haskell frontends I'd be quite interested as well!
