Subject[Csnd-dev] are the python opcodes there?
this could be related to my missing image opcodes, but I am not sure that the python opcodes are there either.

also, there are missing links the csds in the OSC manpages
and, the image manpages are there still, just not the opcodes

i think

Note that the python opcodes have been refactored for Python 3.

Thank you, Francois, but many formerly working examples no longer work.
(And, I have a few students studying Python and they are excited to make Csound and Python their Thesis Projects)
I can have them roll back.

When I 'brew install --HEAD csound' from the terminal
When I 'brew reinstall csound' from the terminal

The opcodes are now missing from the list

It is probably something that I an doing or a path issue, but it would be cool if they were all just there in the binary.

Francois,

I do read this in the 'system changes' associated with 6.16 but... what does a MacUser do to get them to work?
My students are especially interested in the Ableton Link opcodes too (as you might imagine)

System Changes

  • New autocorrelation routine can compute in the frequency or
in the time domain. Thanks to Patrick Ropohl for suggesting
    the improvement.

  • Minimum cmake version bumped to 3.5.

  • Image opcodes removed, now in plugin repo.

  • faust opcodes removed, now in plugin repo.

  • Python opcodes are now in plugin repo.

  • Ableton Link opcodes moved to plugins repo.

The old examples have been refactored too for Python 3: https://github.com/csound/plugins/tree/master/py/examples
