In fact, actually tab2pvs and pvs2tab appear in the opcodelist. It's a bit complicated to add references to array2pvs and to pvs2array because in xml entities are to be unique. In the manual page about real spectral opcodes, these opcodes are referenced as tab2pvs and pvs2tab.
