Hi All,

have setup a release branch for 6.08.0 on github. The branch can be
pulled by using:

git pull
git checkout release/6.08.0

I think the version.h has already been set to 6.08.0. Installer
scripts may need to be updated to reflect the new version.

I have setup a draft release on Github:

https://github.com/csound/csound/releases/tag/untagged-024d4263515f01db0332

You should be able to navigate there and hit edit to upload any
release artifacts. I have gone ahead and pasted in the contents of
Version_6.08.md there for the release notes (feel free to modify if
there's anything missing).

Once the release binaries are up, I think we should be able to
"finish" the branch with git-flow to have the tag added and pushed up
to Github. We can then associate that tag with this release within
the Github release system and then make the release public.

I will work on the Emscripten and Csound for Android SDK releases now.

Thanks!

This was done a few days ago. I uploaded updated csound and csoundqt
packages to debian. Therefore, the next debian release will likely
include csound 6.08 and csoundqt 0.9.3.
