Hi Michael,
I should point out that there's a slight inconsistency in the times you give
for the meeting.  I imagine that 1400 EDT is the correct one, but later on
you say 1.30 PM!  Also not sure about 1900 UTC...  Isn't 1400 EDT 5 hours
different from BST?  So that should be 1800 UTC (one hour behind British
Summer Time).
